Dialogue Groups

The Circles of Change process is a tool for organizations, government agencies, and community partners to collectively engage with members from every sector of society. Focusing on racial equity is the beginning of restructuring systems that perpetuate disparities in education, housing, employment, criminal justice systems, and many more.

Every voice, perspective, personal experience, and idea from people of all walks of life and backgrounds collectively create strategies and implement solutions that embrace equity, diversity, and inclusion using a safe dialogue platform resulting in action.

Each dialogue group of 10-15 participants meets for six-2 hour sessions and an Action Forum.

  • Experience sharing authentic personal narratives among diverse peers.

  • Participants become more willing to explore the historic consequences of adhering to the fallacy of racial hierarchy.
