Facilitator Training
Circles of Change consulting professionals have the expertise and will provide training that is custom designed for you. We conduct on-site “train the trainer” sessions that allow you to continue to build upon long after we are gone.
Facilitator training is 2.5-3 days depending on the number of participants being trained.

Build foundational information on equity, diversity, inclusion, racism, and social justice
Understanding diverse culture
Day Two
Be trained in facilitation skills
Become efficient in using facilitation tools
